MHM New Hires
MHM has hired 5 new employees this fall. We are thrilled to have them as part of our team.
Paul McCall is a registered architect and graduate of UTK College of Architecture + Design who has worked in Knoxville (and Nashville) for the past 20+ years. Paul and his wife Tarra run a highly unprofitable and time-draining Uber service for their two daughters, Aislin and Kimbell.
Erik Hall is an east Tennessee native, and received his Master’s degree in Architecture from The University of Tennessee. Erik has a degree in Historic Preservation and Community Planning from the College of Charleston. He lives with his fiancé Cara and black lab Yogi, and they enjoy all things outdoors.
Alli Randall now calls Knoxville “home” after living here for nearly 12 years. She graduated in 2016 with her Bachelors in Architecture from the University of Tennessee. She loves snuggling her Husky Zeus, and formerly loved watching UT Football until she could no longer bare to watch the misery any longer.
Taylor Odom graduated from the University of Tennessee this past May with a Bachelor’s of Science in Interior Design. Prior to joining us this summer, she interned at Gensler, Chicago last year. She lived in East Tennessee since she was born and decided to call Knoxville home. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family and friends as well as being outdoors.
Josh Cline McGee is a licensed architect and recently relocated from Charlotte, NC. He maintained his own firm – CMA Design PLLC – for the past 7 years and is Senior Editor for the recently published Architectural Graphic Standards 12th edition. His wife Susan is a botanical artist and native to Knoxville. Josh enjoys football, Susan doesn’t.

Kathryn Greer has lived in Knoxville, TN for the past four years following receiving her Master’s degree in Architecture from The University of Tennessee. Kathryn is a licensed architect with a professional degree in landscape architecture. She lives with her husband John, son William, and two dogs Pumpkin and Bowie.
Jake Thomas is a licensed architect who has worked in Knoxville since graduating with his Master of Architecture from the University of Tennessee in 2008. He and his wife Jessie enjoy talking about football and fixing up their old home.
Hannah Starnes recently graduated from the University of Tennessee with her Bachelors in Interior Design. She interned here at MHM during her senior year and will finally be joining us full time as an Interior Designer. She has lived in Knoxville for the past 4 years and enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and her puppy, Pepper.
