Jennifer Nicklas, AIA
Jennifer graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Minor in Business Administration. As a Knoxville native, Jennifer grew up with exposure to the visual arts, music, and other creative outlets, which allowed her to study how design, in its many facets, can impart meaning and connect with its users. To this day, these same principles have translated into her approach with architecture. Whether it is in the initial stages of envisioning a design or in developing details at a smaller scale, her artistic design sensibility is apparent throughout all stages of a project — with an eye for visual balance, she is eager to capture the beauty and stories unique to each client through compelling and functional forms.
Outside of design, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors, using the sights and sounds from her experiences to gain fresh perspectives and as sources of inspiration. Both her professional career and involvement outside of architecture have enriched her life with a passion for learning and have grown into a dedication for making a positive impact within her community.
