Alli Montgomery

Alli is a dynamic Project Manager whose creativity and collaborative spirit shape spaces that are both purposeful and inspiring. A graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Minor in Business Administration, she blends strong design thinking with practical problem-solving to help clients bring their visions to life.
With nearly a decade of professional experience, Alli has established herself as both a skilled designer and a trusted project manager. She has successfully led a wide variety of projects from concept through completion, with particular expertise in K–12 and higher education environments. In her role, she is known for balancing the demands of complex programs, diverse stakeholder input, and tight project schedules, all while keeping design excellence at the forefront. Her work reflects a deep commitment to creating spaces that foster connection, growth, and discovery.
Beyond the studio, she contributes her talents to the East Tennessee Community Design Center Board, underscoring her dedication to advancing the community she calls home.
